El Presidente
The first time that this drink was mentioned (that we know of) was in Havana in 1915, in a book called Manual del Cantinero. A delicate and subtly citrus fresh cocktail with rum and vermouth, sometimes called a "Cubanized answer to the Manhattan".
Ingredients
• 40ml Rum
• 20ml dry Vermouth
• 15ml white Vermouth
• 10ml Triple sec
• 5ml red Vermouth
• 2,5ml Monin Grenadine
• 2 dash Daiquiri bitters
• Glass: Bespoke Martini
How to:
Stir the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Enjoy!
