Cherry Tai
A riff of the classic tiki cocktail Mai Tai in a cherry and highball costume. Originally created by Victor Jules Bergeron aka Trader Vic in 1944 at his restaurant in San Fransisco and are today a well-known cocktail considered as a classic. Throughout the years many twists have emerged as this one, which transforms the drink into a refreshing long drink.

Ingredients
• 40 ml White Rum
• 10 ml Triple Sec
• 2 Dash Tiki Bitters
• Top with Three Cents Cherry Soda
• Garnish: Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
• Glass: Kahiko Zombie Black 395 ml
Step 1
Add the ingredients into your glass.
Step 2
Add ice and stir.
Step 3
Garnish.
