Anejo Highball
The best way to describe what a highball cocktail is: short drinks served tall. They're simple cocktails consisting of a spirit and a carbonate served in a tall, ice-filled glass.
This one is a classic, created by Dale DeGroff at the Rainbow Room in New York in the 1990s.
Ingredients
• 40ml Rum
• 10ml Triple sec
• 10ml lemon juice
• 2 dash bitters
• Three Cents Ginger Beer
• Glass: Modern America Hi-ball
How to:
