Whiskey Sour
The Whiskey Sour is one of the most classic Sours. With an undertone of whiskey, delicious taste of citrus and a smooth egg white foam, it's not hard to see how it became so popular!
Ingredients
• 15ml Cane sugar syrup
• 60ml Bourbon
• 20ml lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Glass: Modern America DOF
• Garnish: Aromatic bitter
How to:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with drops of aromatic bitters.
