Tommy's Margarita
Who is Tommy? Well, this cocktail was created around 1987 by Julio Bermejo and named after his family's Mexican restaurant and bar in San Fransisco. Tomas and Elmy Bermejo set up Tommy's in 1965 and Julio is one of their five children. Julio has become a legend in the cocktail industry for the Tommy's Margarita and his overall knowledge of tequila.
Ingredients
• 50 ml Tequila
• 30 ml Lime juice
• 20 ml MONIN Agave Syrup
• Glass: Libbey Levitas Rocks 270 ml
Step 1
Add the ingredients listed in a shaker.
Step 2
Add ice and shake.
Step 3
Strain over ice into a chilled rocks glass.
Step 4
Garnish.
