Mango Green Tea Pisco Sour
Pisco Sour is the national spirit of both Peru and Chile, and the Pisco Sour is the iconic cocktail of both countries.
Pisco mixes well with almost any flavour, but especially with tropical fruit. So why not spice it up and make a twist? The sweetness of the mango marries perfectly with the taste of green tea.
Ingredients
• 20ml MONIN Concentrado de Té verde
• 15ml Mango Puré
• 45ml Pisco
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 20ml egg white
• Glass: Rona Cocktail
How to:
Shake all the ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupette and garnish the foam with aromatic bitters.
